New turbos ship immediately. Reman'd turbos are
currently being built on order and will ship within 1-7 business days
from purchase, depending on the turbo and options chosen. Upgraded shipping options are available.
We do not ship new or reman'd
turbos outside of the US at this time. If you live in Canada or
Mexico, and have a US address that we can ship to, we can do that. Any warranty claim would have to be handled through this US
address.

We know that purchasing a turbo, whether new or rebuilt,
can be a large expense, and one you need to consider very carefully. We
also know
that a lot of the information that is out there regarding turbos can be
very confusing, and even wrong, at times. That is why we are glad to
help you with your purchasing decision. We can help you
determine which turbo is best suited for your application based on
desired horsepower, overall performance, type of driving (street or
racing), budget, etc...
When you buy a turbo from us, regardless if it is new or
rebuilt, you can be assured that you are getting a very nice turbo. You
won't be a forgotten customer once the sale is complete. We will
gladly help you with any questions you might have concerning
installation, oil pressure, performance details, etc... The turbos
carry a full warranty. The warranty differes depending on application and intended use. Please see are Warranty page for more details. The warranty is "limited" in the
sense that we cannot be held responsible for damage to a turbo that is
due to incorrect installation, lack of oil, oil pressure that is too
high, foreign object damage, etc... But, you are guaranteed that the turbo will not fail due
to workmanship or parts, and if it does, we will take care of it at no
cost to you. If the failure is
due to incorrect installation or an oil related problem we will still
gladly take a look at the turbo for you, inspect it, and let you know
what is wrong or what caused the problem. We can then proceed to take
care of the repairs if that is what you decide you would like to have
done.
